How long should I expect to receive my order?

While we do our best to get your order in your hands as soon as possible, you can expect each piece to take up to 1-week to create and ship-out (if not, less!). From there, you should expect to receive your piece in 3-5 days, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Why does my product look different to the image pictured on the website?

Accepted Answer

The photographs of each piece on our website aim to represent each piece as realistically and as closely as possible. However, because each jewelry piece (even each pendant) is handmade, little details--such as the shade of the stone or the size of a druzy, can vary slightly. This is what makes your ADRI piece special!
Rest assured we only ship out the best pieces to our customers.

Custom orders give you the opportunity to tailor our products to fit your style!

To create a custom order,contact us via e-mail or through any of our social media accounts. Please provide details about the type of product you are looking for, suggested materials to use, quantity, and when you hope to get it by. Sample photos will help! We'll get back to you as soon as possible about what to expect next.
