When our pieces are shipped out, extra time and care are taken to make the piece perfect with you in mind.


However, if your item arrives severely damaged and you wish to return your item for a refund/exchange, please submit a request and return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Standard shipping costs may apply and will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and will contact you about the next steps. 


Once you notify us of your request, you’ll just need to send back your piece in its original condition. Purchase a Return Label here. Once we receive your piece, it can take up to 2 weeks to process your refund/exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
